PROJECT REGISTRATION STATUS– SEE THE STATUS OF YOUR REGISTRATION

For those who have just submitted their registration, read below to learn what happens next.

Before your project can be accepted by the CSF, it must go through a series of reviews.  The first review examines whether the ISEF forms required for your research (if any) have been received by registration and whether a signed release form has been received.

The next step is evaluation by the Scientific Review Committee (SRC) to examine compliance with rules, regulations and safety procedures.

Check status of your project by viewing the project status pdf.  You should check this page frequently. Note, however, that your name will not appear until we do our next file update.  Note the date at the top of the pdf. The project status report is sorted by School Town, School and Last Name. Team projects are indicated by an asterisk (*) next to the Team Leader’s name.  Only the name of the Team Leader is given.

The columns represent the following:

• Submitted Final– "Yes" indicates that you have checked the box "I am ready to submit!" at the end of your registration form indicating that you consider your submission complete. If you have not indicated this, your submission is incomplete. It is not considered a valid submission and will not be reviewed until the "Yes" box is checked.

 

• Status– Indicates project registration status.  Status Definitions are given at the top of the listing.

 

• Missing Forms– An ‘x’ in any of the seven boxes indicates the specific ISEF forms that are required but have not been received by CSF Registration.  If your project requires forms, refer to page 7 of your registration form (Teacher/Advisor Approval) for descriptions of, and links to, those forms.

 

• Release Form Rcv’d– Indicates whether a signed release form for your project has been received.  If you have not submitted one, click here to download a copy.

The Project Status listing will be updated periodically so we suggest that you check it at frequent intervals.
