Last Day to submit School Registration
The number of registrants for each school is limited to: 6 per junior high/middle school, 12 per senior high school, or combined junior high/middle-senior high schools may enter under both categories accordingly. Assigned quotas will be reviewed at the end of November.
All science fairs sending finalists to the Connecticut Science Fair must be conducted by February 1 unless an extension is applied for and received by February 1.
A non-refundable registration fee of $35 per project must accompany the registration.

Deadline for High School Students to Register
High Schools and local fairs registered to qualify entrants to CSF may request an extension that is no later than 10 days after their fair and prior to Feb. 15. Send an email to registration@ctsciencefair.org confirming your fair date and agreeing to review all projects in advance and submit any requiring prior approval to the CSF Scientific Review Committee by Dec. 1. This must take place before research begins (unless the research is conducted
in a registered research institution setting) or the students will be disqualified. Fairs having Scientific Review Committees in place should contact the CSF Registration Chairman for instructions. - Thu, 1 December
Unaffiliated~Home School Students submit registration
Students from schools not affiliated with the fair and home school students can register directly. Completed registration forms and $35 registration fee must be received by November 15. If the number of students from a school not affiliated with the fair exceeds the fair’s affiliated school allocation, the fair committee will select the projects based on the quality of the work proposed in the research plan. Students so affected will be informed shortly after November 15. DEADLINE extended to Dec. 1

Affiliated School Fairs must be held before today
Schools conducting Fairs near this deadline must insure that the on-line registrations and release forms for the students chosen to compete at CSF are received by Registration by this date. - Wed, 15 February
8:00pm Final Deadline for All Registration Materials
Online student registration including research plan and release form due from registered schools. No registrations will be accepted after this deadline. The signed and mailed release form must be received by the Registration Chairman by this date.
