Hello Science Fair Friends and Sponsors,
The winners of the Connecticut State Science Fair and the Science Horizons Region Fair will be heading to The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), Portland, Oregon this Saturday, May 8, for the week long competition featuring 1,000 of the world's brightest science and engineering students competing for two million dollars in awards.
It is a tradition of our fair to provide a Newsletter detailing the adventures of our group for our sponsors and friends. The newsletters will be emailed to you in advance of being posted on the fair's website. A limited number of photos will be attached. A greater selection will be available at the website.
There will be approximately five email newsletters, one for each major event. Student abstracts, bios, and photos are available at our website:

National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, Baltimore, MD April 28 - May 1
CSF First Place Life Science winner, Anna Shedletsky, Brewster High School, received one of the six first places awards at the NJSHS. The award includes a $16,000 scholarship and a trip to the London International Youth Science Forum in late July at London University.
We are proud to note that three of our ISEF bound students competed in the
2004 National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, Baltimore this past
