School/Fair registration is for schools sending students to CSF. Only Teachers and School Staff should submit this registration.
In order to reserve sufficient space for your students please complete this registration form as soon as possible.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration fee is $35 per project space. There will be no refunds for unused spaces or cancellations.
The number of registrants for each school is limited to: 6 per middle school, 12 per senior high school, or combined middle-senior high schools may enter under both categories accordingly. Assigned quotas will be reviewed at the end of November. Registered schools having science fairs must have their fairs by no later than February 15. Schools conducting their fairs after this date are required to request and receive a deadline extension by November 15 and are subject to late fees.
Schools and local fairs may be granted additional registrants at the discretion of the registration chairman.
Students may compete in only one Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) affiliated fair except when proceeding to the state fair from an affiliated regional fair as a finalist.
School and Local Fair Registration closes October 30. You need permission from the Registration Chair to register after this date.

Independent Student Registration– Students from schools not affiliated with the Fair or home schooled students can register directly. Completed registrations must be received by December 1. Contact the Registration Chair if you believe that that your school does not participate in Fair.

All High School Students must register their projects with the Fair as soon as they select their topic and no later than December 1. Registration including Student Information; Research Plan is submitted on-line. To complete registration students should download the Release Form, have signed and mail to the Registration Chairman.
Middle school student Registration with Research Plan and Release Form must be received within ten business days of the school fair and by no later than February 15.
All high school project abstracts must be received by no later than February 15.
No registrations will be accepted after 8:00 P.M., February 15, under any circumstances!
